About Me

I’m a Statistics & Data Science and Economics student at UCLA with a strong interest in data analytics, applied machine learning, and understanding how data can be used to make better decisions.

I'm currently working as a Data Analytics Engineering Intern at Vitality Group, with my work contributing to the Vitality AI product, developed in partnership with Google.

Portfolio

Most of my experience comes from coursework and projects where I’ve worked with datasets that aren’t perfectly clean or well-structured. I enjoy the process of understanding what the data actually represents, identifying reasonable assumptions, and analyzing it using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.

Outside of academics, I run HelpHands, a nonprofit initiative based in Johannesburg that partners with organizations such as Education Africa, Tomorrow Trust, Bookery, and KidsHaven to support underprivileged children. Building and running HelpHands has taught me responsibility, follow-through, and how to apply skills beyond the classroom.
